• Make SAFETY the #1 priority for all guests and team members
• Able to instruct a group of guests as well as make sure they are having a great experience
• Communicate to guest how to throw an axe effectively and safely, no throwing is REQUIRED
• Enjoys hospitality and working in a team environment
• Ability to coach a guest through positive reinforcement and subtle adjustments
• Personable, energetic, positive attitude, and can focus on both large and small groups
• Follows all Covid-19 protocols

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Customer Service Experience Preferred

Part-time position

Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, most weekends, and holidays

Reliable Transportation

Adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills

Time Management skills

Self-Starter

NO Axe-Throwing experience necessary
